A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work.

It honestly makes me so sad when someone says they’ve screwed up all of their progress because of one little slip up. Like, no, you haven’t. You’ve come so far and you’ve achieved so much already and I’m so proud of you and you should be so proud of yourself.
You might’ve failed a test, or eaten shitty, or missed a few workouts, or had a small relapse into bad habits -but that doesn’t just magically erase days, or months, or years, or a lifetime of hard work and it certainly isn’t going to keep you from getting right back on the track you want  to be on.
Life is full of twists and turns, and good days and bad days, and sometimes it gets really unbearably hard, but I just wish people could focus on all of the good they’ve already done for and to themselves and just appreciate how amazing and beautiful and great they really are.

  1. True and very emotional words Chiara ! :)

Sometimes mistakes are maybe even better to think about your aim and the way you have to follow. I just read your sentences and it made my day today better. Thank you, I'll keep reading your thoughts. (:

    LG Roli!
